Carlos has led a wide range of projects across the Pacific Northwest and Texas, supporting clients through feasibility, design, permitting, and construction. Personal Life
Outside the office, Carlos’s greatest pride is his family, his wife and their two young children, who inspire him every day. That same desire to support and uplift others extends into his passion for education. He is a firm believer in the transformative power of learning and actively mentors high school and college students pursuing STEM degrees, reflecting his commitment to giving back and supporting the next generation of engineers.
When he isn’t designing site plans or mentoring future engineers, Carlos enjoys biking, hiking, exploring waterfalls, fishing local rivers and lakes, and traveling with his family to discover new places and landscapes.
